1. Who we are

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Ultra World Comics ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of ultracomicverse.com and the Ultra World Comics service (the "Service").

2. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction or have your guardian's consent to use the Service.

3. The Service

Ultra World Comics provides a digital library of original comics, novels, and character codex content, accessible via day pass or monthly membership.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular you must not:

  • use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
  • send spam, malware or attempt to interfere with security or operation of the Service;
  • scrape, probe, or reverse engineer the Service;
  • infringe any intellectual property or other rights of Ultra World Comics or third parties;
  • resell, sublicense or redistribute access to the Service.

5. Intellectual property

All comics, novels, characters, artwork, software, branding and other content of the Service are owned by Ultra World Comics and protected by copyright and other laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Service for personal, non-commercial use under your active plan.

6. Payments, subscriptions, taxes and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, currency conversion, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Our own refund terms are described in our Refund Policy.

7. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
