Ultra World Comics wants you to enjoy the Service. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on purchases of day passes and monthly memberships. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Use the "Request a refund" option on the order, or reply to your Paddle receipt email.
  3. You can also contact us via our contact page and we will help you reach Paddle.

After the refund window

After 30 days, refunds are handled at our discretion and the discretion of Paddle, on a case-by-case basis (for example, in the case of a billing error or a technical issue that prevented you from using the Service). You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals.

Cancellations

Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals but does not by itself issue a refund for the current period — request a refund through Paddle as described above if you also want a refund.
